临床药师参与重症多发伤伴肝损害患者营养支持的药学实践

Pharmaceutical Practice for Severe Multiple Trauma Patients with Liver Damage in Clinical Nutritional Treatment by Clinical Pharmacists

目的:探讨临床药师在重症多发伤伴肝损害患者临床营养支持中的作用,促进临床营养药物的合理应用。方法:临床药师深入临床,针对1例重症多发伤伴肝损害患者,分析、讨论其规范化的营养支持方案。结果:临床药师通过评估患者营养状态、设计个体化的营养支持方案并进行监护和调整,提高了营养支持的疗效,改善了患者预后。结论:对重症患者的个体化营养支持进行药学监护很有必要,可确保营养药物得到有效、安全的利用,调节患者的营养状态,减少并发症的发生,改善患者预后。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the role of clinical pharmacists in clinical nutrition treatment of severe multiple trauma patients with liver damage,so as to promote the rational application of clinical nutrition drugs.METHODS： The clinical pharmacists went into the clinic to analyze and discuss the standardized clinical nutrition treatment for one severe multiple trauma patient with liver damage. RESULTS： The clinical pharmacists improved the therapeutic efficacy and outcome of nutritional treatment by evaluating the patient＇s nutrition condition,and designing,monitoring and modifying individualized nutritional treatment. CONCLUSIONS： It is necessary for the clinical pharmacists to provide pharmaceutical practice in nutritional treatment for patients with severe multiple trauma,which can help physicians to ensure effective,rational application of clinical nutrition drugs,regulate nutritional status of patients and reduce adverse complications,and improve the prognosis of patients.
