摘要
目的:比较黄芩饮片枯芩、条芩部分主要活性成分的含量,为医院药房采购及临床用药提供参考。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX-Eclipse XDB C_(18)色谱柱(25 cm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(V∶V∶V=47∶53∶0.2);流速1 ml/min;检测波长280 nm。使用SAS 8.2软件分析各组数据之间的相关性。结果:枯芩中黄芩苷平均含量为12.80%,黄芩素平均含量为2.01%;条芩中黄芩苷平均含量为13.14%,黄芩素平均含量为1.35%。分析结果显示,枯芹、条芹中黄芩苷、黄芩素平均含量的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枯芩中黄芩素含量较高,条芩中黄芩苷含量较高,因此不能断论其中一种优于另一种,本研究结论可为药房采购及临床用药提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the major bioactive components between Radix scutellariae with xylem rotten and Strip type radix scutellariae,so as to provide reference of drug purchaseing for pharmacy and clinical application in clinic.METHODS: HPLC method was adopted,the chromatographic column was Agilent ZORBAX-Eclipse XDB C_(18)( 25 cm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm),with mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid( V∶ V∶ V = 47∶ 53∶ 0. 2) and flow rate of 1 ml / min,and detection wavelength at 280 nm. Correlation between each set of data was analyzed by SAS 8. 2 software. RESULTS: The average content of baicalin in Radix scutellariae with xylem rotten was 12. 80%,the average content of baicalein was2. 01%; and the average content of baicalin in Strip type radix scutellariae was 13. 14%,the average content of baicalein was 1. 35%. According to the analysis,the differences were statistically significant among the average content of baicalin in Radix scutellariae with xylem rotten and Strip type radix scutellariae,the average content of baicalein( P〈0. 05).CONCLUSIONS: The content of baicalein is relatively high in Radix scutellariae with xylem rotten,while baicalin is relatively high in Strip type radix scutellariae. So it's impossible to tell which is better than the other. The conclusion of this study can provide reference of drug purchaseing for pharmacy and clinical application in clinic.
