骨松宝胶囊与鲑降钙素联合治疗骨质疏松症的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Gusongbao Capsules Combined with Salcalcitonin in Treatment of Osteoporosis

目的:探讨骨松宝胶囊与鲑降钙素联合应用对于改善骨质疏松症患者骨密度和生活质量的效果。方法:选取2015年1月—2016年1月湖北省荣军医院收治的骨质疏松症患者80例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组患者采用骨松宝胶囊与鲑降钙素联合治疗,对照组患者单用骨松宝胶囊治疗,均持续治疗3个月。比较2组患者的临床治疗总有效率,治疗前、后腰椎、股骨、桡骨的骨密度及生活质量。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率[95.00%(38/40)]显著高于对照组[70.00%(28/40)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者腰椎、股骨、桡骨骨密度及生活质量量表评分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者腰椎、股骨、桡骨骨密度及生活质量量表评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨松宝胶囊与鲑降钙素联合治疗骨质疏松症,效果显著,能显著改善患者的骨密度和生活质量。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the effects of Gusongbao capsules combined with salcalcitonin in improvementof bone mineral density and life quality in osteoporosis patients. METHODS： 80 patients with osteoporosis admitted into Hubei Rongjun Hospital from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 40 cases in each. The observation group were given Gusongbao capsules combined with salcalcitonin,while the control group only received Gusongbao capsules,the treatment course was three months. The clinical total effective rate,bone mineral density of lumbar,femoral and radius and life quality of two groups were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group[95. 00%（ 38 /40） ] was significantly higher than that of control group[70. 00%（ 28 /40） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,there was no statistical significance between two groups in bone mineral density of lumbar,femoral and radius and life quality（ P〉0. 05）. After treatment,the bone mineral density of lumbar,femoral and radius and life quality of observation group were higher than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The effects of Gusongbao capsules combined with salcalcitonin in treatment of osteoporosis is remarkable,can effectively improve the bone mineral density and life quality.
