长夏阳虚质人群热结构特征的研究

Study of thermal structure characteristics of people with yang-deficient constitution in late summer

目的研究长夏阳虚质人群的热结构特征,以探讨夏季养阳的生理基础。方法应用医用远红外热成像检测技术结合中医四诊以及《中医体质调查表》的辨识标准,于长夏采集中医9种体质的红外热图热值数据,从中筛选出阳虚质与平和质。结果筛选得到30例阳虚质和23例平和质的红外热值数据,通过比较,得出阳虚质人群的虚里、胃脘、左右腰区凉偏离明显;其次阳虚质人群还具有手足四肢凉,鼻部凉偏离明显的特点;督脉热值较平和质组偏低。结论长夏阳虚质人群热结构特征的研究为夏季养阳的生理基础提供了科学的客观依据。

Objective To study the thermal structure characteristics of yang-deficienct constitution in late summer so as to investigate the physiological basis of yang-deficienct constitution in summer. Methods Infrared image combined with four diagnosis and Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire were used to investigate the calorific value data of people in late summer,so as to screen out the people with yang-deficient constitution and balanced constitution. Results The infrared heat value data of 30 cases of yang-deficient constitution and 23 cases of balanced constitution were involved in this study. By comparison,xuli,weiwan,left and right lumbar,nose and four stremities of yang-deficient constitution people showed cool off. Du meridian showed lower heat value than balanced constitution. Conclusion The study of the thermal structure characteristics of yang-deficient constitution in late summer provides a scientific basis for the physiological basis of supporting yang in summer.
