省级集中的市县不动产登记信息管理基础平台建设实践与思考——以遵义市为例

The Construction of the Basic Platform for the City's and County's Registration of Real Estate Provincial Centralized Model Practice and Thinking ——Based on the city of Zunyi situation

本文从市县不动产登记信息化建设的角度,结合遵义市国土资源信息化基础,对不动产登记信息基础平台建设过程中面临的平台、数据、网络等方面出现和可能出现的问题进行剖析,对比省级集中与非省级集中平台建设的现状、利弊和趋势,论证了省级集中的"不动产登记云"平台建设模式符合遵义市乃至贵州省的实际。

This paper from the perspective of building the city＇ s and county＇ s registration of real estate information technology analyzes the emergence and possible problems in the construction of information infrastructure platform of real estate registration, such as platform, data, network and so on, combined with the basis of land resource informatization in Zunyi City. By comparing the current situation, advantages and inconvenient, as well as the tendency of provincial centralized and non-centralized platform construction, this paper demonstrates that the construction mode of ＂real estate registration cloud＂ platform at provincial level conforms to the reality of Zunyi City and even Guizhou Province.
