摘要
本文介绍了以间苯二酚为原料,与H酸重氮盐、2-氨基-4,6-二硝基苯酚重氮盐和对硝基苯胺重氮盐进行三次偶合制备环保型酸性染料C.I.酸性棕75的生产工艺。通过单因素实验对原料配比、反应温度、反应p H等因素进行了分析,确定了最佳反应条件。经性能测试,该染料具有优良的染色牢度,同时也是一种符合Oeko-tex100国际标准的环保染料。
The eco-friendly C. I. Acid Brown 75 was synthesized from resorcinol,diazonium salt of H-acid,diazonium salt of 2-amino-4,6-dinitrophenol and diazonium salt of 4-nitroaniline by coupling reactions. The charge ratio,temperature and p H were analyzed by single factor experiments. The results of application tests indicated that it was an eco-friendly dyestuff with excellent dyeing fastness and meet the Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
