CMML细胞形态学与染色体核型特征研究

目的对慢性粒单核细胞白血病的细胞形态学与染色体核型特征进行分析研究。方法随机选取20例性粒单核细胞白血病患者，通过对其细胞形态的观察和染色体核型特征进行描述统计和分析。结果其中CMML-1型9例，占45．0％，CMMI，2型11例，占55．0％，正常核型12例（60．0％），异常核型8例（40．0％）。结论慢性粒单核细胞白血病的细胞形态学研究和染色体核型均具有一定特征，为其进一步的研究和诊断提供依据。

Objective to chronic head monocyte cell leukemia cell morphology and characteristics of chromosome karyotype analysis. Methods randomly selected 20 grain of mononuclear cell leukemia patients, through the observation of cell morphology and chromosome kary otype characteristics description statistics and analysis. Results of CMML-1 type 9 cases, accounting for 45.0%, CMML-type 2 11 cases, accounted for 55.0%, normal karyotype 12cases （60.0%）, abnormal karyotype 8 cases （40.0 %）. Conclusion chronic grain of mononuelear cell leukemia cell morphology study and chromosome karyotype all has certain characteristics, provide the basis for its further research and diagnosis.
