B超引导下的宫腔操作在计划生育手术中的应用

目的评价B超引导下的宫腔操作在计划生育手术中的应用价值。方法对我院2015年7月至2016年5月接收的进行计划生育手术的患者688例为研究对象，研究其在B超引导下进行取环、上环、流产、清宫等手术下的成功率。结果成功率高达99．85％，上环、取环成功率为100％，无失败案例，同时未发生漏吸、子宫穿孔等并发症。结论B超引导下的宫腔操作在计划生育中的应用安全性较高，提高手术成功率，可作为常规手术辅助方法，值得临床推广。
