彩色多普勒超声在妇产科急腹症中的临床价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在妇产科急腹症中的临床价值，为临床治疗提供参考。方法本次研究选择我院2012年1月至2016年1月收治的120例妇科急腹症患者，对患者采取彩色多普勒超声检查，观察患者的超声诊断结果，并分析患者的误诊情况。结果在120例患者中，彩色多普勒超声检查过程中，误诊患者为12例，其中8例患者为异位妊娠，3例患者为卵巢囊肿蒂扭转，1例患者为急性盆腔炎。所有患者经过彩色多普勒超声的诊断结果与确诊结果的一致率为90．00％。结论彩色多普勒超声检查对于妇产科急腹症的诊断具有操作简单、准确率高的优点，是妇产科急腹症的重要检查方式，可被广泛运用于临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology acute abdomen, to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods The study in our hospital in January 2012-January 2016 admitted 120 cases of gynecological acute abdomen patients, patients taking color Doppler ultrasound examination, ultrasound diagnosis of patients observed and analyzed misdiagnosis of patients. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound for the diagnosis of acute abdomen Obstetrics and Gynecology has a simple operation, the advantages of high accuracy, is an important way of checking the abdomen of Obstetrics and Gynecology, it can be widely used in clinical applications.
