摘要
目的了解患者生殖道发生感染症状和宫颈癌以及出现癌前病变之间存在的相关性,并分析与之相关的危险因素。方法将2013年2月至2016年3月期间确诊为宫颈癌或者属于癌前病变的240例患者作为实验组,并以同期70例确诊为正常的患者作为对照组。对所有患者进行详细的CT(沙眼衣原体)、EBV(细菌性阴道病)、HPV(生殖道人乳头瘤病毒)以及HSV-2(单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型)检测,以便于分析其病情与生殖道感染之间存在的相关性以及有关危险因素。结果两组患者各项检测结果之间均存在一定的差异。其中,实验组患者HPV感染情况分别为宫颈癌97.5%,CINⅢ96.2%,CINⅡ62.9%,CINⅠ37.7%,对照组仅为5.7%,该项数据问的差异较为显著,P〈0.05,存在统计学意义。另外宫颈癌患者出现CT、EBV以及HSV-2感染概率分别为35.0%、30.0%和40.0%,与对照组患者相比差异较为显著(P〈0.05),表明生殖道感染情况与宫颈癌以及癌前病变之间存在着一定的关联。结论宫颈癌以及癌前病变的出现,与生殖道发生感染症状之间存在较高的关联性,临床实践中需要予以高度关注。
Objective To investigate the patients of reproductive tract infection symptoms and cervical cancer and the correlation between precancerous lesions, and analyze the risk factors associated with diagnosis. Methods during the period from February 2013 to March 2016 for 240 cases of cervical cancer or precancerous lesions of patients belonging to the experimental group, and compared with 70 cases of normal the patients in the control group. The detailed CT of all patients (Chlamydia trachomatis), EBV (BV), HPV (human papilloma virus (HSV-2) and herpes simplex virus type Ⅱ) detection, the correlation between the disease and convenient analysis of reproductive tract infection and related risk factors exist. There are some differences between the results of the two groups were detected. Results of the experimental group, patients with HPV infection were 97.5 % cervical cancer, CIN Ⅲ 96.2 %, CIN Ⅱ 62.9 %, CIN Ⅰ 37.7%, the control group was only 5.90.7% and the difference between the data is significant, P〈0.05, there is statistical significance. In cervical cancer patients with CT, EBV and HSV-2 infection probability were 35.0%, 40.0% and 30.0%, and the control group with significant difference (P〈0.05), indicating that between reproductive tract infection and cervical cancer and precancerous lesion has some relevance. Conclusion the cervical cancer and precancerous lesions appear, and reproductive tract occurred there is a high correlation between the symptoms of infection, clinical practice need to he highly concerned about.
