剖宫产单、双层缝合方式对术后康复及二次妊娠的影响

目的探究剖宫产单、双层缝合方式对术后康复及二次妊娠的影响。方法选择我院2013年5月至2014年12月收治的90例初次剖宫产后再次住院分娩产妇为研究对象，随机分为实验组45例，常规组45例。给常规组患者实施单层缝合方式进行剖宫产缝合，实验组患者采取双层缝合方式，治疗之后并且对实验组患者以及常规组患者的治疗效果进行评定。结果实验组患者盆腔粘连率为20．00％明显低于常规组33．33％；实验组和常规组中的试产成功率96．67％、子宫破裂率3．33％明显优于常规组86．67％、13．33％。两组患者相比差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论相比于单层缝合方式治疗剖宫产的治疗效果，双层缝合方式用于治疗剖宫产的效果更佳，对于患者的子宫瘢痕厚度也会更厚，二次剖宫产盆腔粘连率也会降低，试产成功率也会有所提高以及子宫破裂率更加低，值得在临床治疗上推广。

Objective to explore the incidence of single, double stitching way for postoperative rehabilitation and the effect of secondary pregnancy. Methods from May 2013 to December 2014 were treated 90 cases of hospital readmission after first cesarean section delivery process as the research object, 45 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and routine group 45 cases. To normal group, single layer suture cesarean section in the form of suture for the experimental group patients adopt the mode of double stitching, and in the experimental group patients after treatment and therapeutic effect were assessed in patients with normal group. Results the patients with pelvic adhesion rate was significantly lower than normal group 20.00 % 20.00 % ; Trial production 96.67% success rate in the experimental group and routine group, uterine rupture rate is superior to conventional group were 86.67%, 3. 330/oo and 86.67%. Two groups of patients with significant difference compared with statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion compared with the single layer suture treatment the curative effect of cesarean section, double stitching method for the treatment of cesarean delivery effect is better, for patients with uterine scar thickness will be thicker, secondary cesarean section rate of pelvic adhesion and reduces, trial-produce the success rate will be improved and uterine rupture rate is more lower, is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
