应用微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效分析

目的分析在三叉神经痛患者治疗中，微血管减压术的疗效。方法选取我院于2012年1月至2015年1月收治的64例三叉神经痛患者为研究对象，将其随机均分为对照组与实验组，对照组患者接受常规手术治疗，实验组患者接受微血管减压术治疗，对比两组患者疗效与并发症情况。结果实验组患者的临床疗效明显好于对照组，且并发症发生例数较少，两组患者数据对比存在统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论在三叉神经痛患者治疗中，微血管减压术的临床疗效较好，值得应用。

Objective To analyze the treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia, microvascular decompression effect. Methods in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were treated 64 cases of trigeminal neuralgia patients in this study were randomly divided into control group and the experimental group and the control group of patients receiving conventional surgery, patients in the experimental group accepted microvascular decompression treatment, comparing the efficacy of two groups of patients with complications. Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group, and fewer cases of complications occurred, the two groups were statistically significant comparison of the data exists（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia, microvascular decompression surgery is better, worthy applications.
