三镜联合治疗1例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者的护理体会

对1例胆囊合并胆总管结石患者行三镜（胆道镜、腹腔镜、胃镜）联合胆总管探查术进行治疗，术后出现轻型胰腺炎及肩背部酸痛，经过治疗和护理后痊愈出院。三镜联合治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石是一种安全有效的微创手术方法。加强经内镜逆行胰胆管造影治疗及腹腔镜治疗前后的护理，可提高治疗效果。
