心理护理对白血病移植患者护理质量的影响

目的分析心理护理对白血病移植患者的影响。方法回顾性分析18例白血病移植患者的临床资料。对其进行常规护理，并在此基础上进行针对性的心理护理，比较所有患者护理干预前后社会支持应对方式的变化。结果所有患者经过心理护理后，其在应对方式方面，解决问题、自责、合理化评分等较护理干预前均有显著变化（P〈0．05），而求助、幻想、退避等项目较护理干预前变化不明显（P〉0．05）。结论针对白血病移植患者加强心理护理，可显著缓解其不良情绪，提高其应对方式的积极性，从而对病情的变化起到积极作用，改善预后。

Objective to analyse the effect of psychological nursing in patients with leukemia transplantation and experience. Methods a retrospective analysis of 18 cases of the clinical data of micro transplantation of leukemia patients, on the routine nursing care, and on the basis of the corresponding psychological nursing, compare all of the patients hefore and after the nursing intervention of social support to cope with changes in the way. Results all patients after psychological nursing, its in terms of coping style, problem solving, remorse and rationalization of grading nursing intervention before were significant change （P〈0.05）, and ask for help, fantasy, retreat more nursing intervention before the change is not obvious （P〈0.05）. Conclusion in view of the leukemia transplant patients to strengthen psychological care, can significantly reduce the bad mood, improve the enthusiasm of its response to change
