人工全髋关节置换术患者的围手术期临床护理分析

目的分析行人工全髋关节置换术患者围手术期的护理干预效果及体会。方法回顾性分析77例接受人工全髋关节置换术的患者的临床资料，将其随机分为观察组39例及对照组38例，其中对照组患者采用常规护理措施，观察组则在对照组的基础上进行护理干预，比较两组患者术后12周6min步行测试结果、25m步行测试结果及患者满意度。结果两组患者术后12周进行步行测试，观察组患者的步速、步频及6min步行最远距离均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组86．84％（P〈0．05）。结论针对行人工全髋关节置换术患者加强以心理护理、术前访视、基础护理及功能训练为主的围手术期护理干预，可有效促进患者髋关节功能的恢复，提高患者满意度。

Objective to analyze the effect of nursing intervention in perioperative period of total hip arthroplasty and experience. Methods a retrospective arralysis of 77 cases received total hip arthroplasty in patients with clinical data, randomly assigned to the observation group （39 cases） and control group （38 cases） and the control group were treated with routine nursing measures, and the observation group, on the basis of the control group of nursing intervention and were compared between the two groups of patients after 12 weeks 6 rain walk test results, 25rn walk test results and patient satisfaction. Results two groups of patients after 12 weeks walk test, the observation group of patients with walking speed, cadence and 6 min walking distance were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 86.84% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion for total hip arthroplasty patients to strengthen psychological nursing, preoperative visit, basic nursing and functional training peri operative nursing intervention can be effective in promoting the recovery of hip function in patients, improve patient satisfaction.
