安体舒通和依那普利治疗慢性心衰室性心律失常的临床观察

目的探讨依那普利与安体舒通联合用药治疗慢性心衰并伴有室性心律失常疾病的临床疗效。方法选取2013年4月至2016年3月本院慢性心力衰竭并同时伴有室性心律失常患者128例，依照随机方法将其分为研究组与对照组两组，每组各64例患者，其中对照组患者采取常规治疗方法，研究组患者实施依那普利与安体舒通联合用药进行治疗，分析观察两组患者的心脏超声情况及疗效。结果经治疗研究组患者的左室射血分数、左室收缩末期内径以及左室舒张末期内径均优于对照组，差异显著，P〈0．05，有统计学意义。研究组患者的总有效率为96．9％，显著高于对照组的75．0％，P〈0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论依那普利与安体舒通合用，有协同叠加作用，有助于改善低镁、低钾血症，能显著减少室性心律失常，疗效满意，值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of enalapril and spironolactone through combination therapy clinical curative effect of the treatment of chronic heart failure and associated with ventricular cardiac arrhythmia. Methods in 2013 April to March 2016 the chronic heart failure and associated with ventricular cardiac arrhythmia in patients with 128 cases, in accordance with the random method will be the into study group and control group, each 64 cases in each group. The control group were treated by conventional treatment methods, the patients in study group implementation of enalapril and spironolactone combined drug treatment, observation and analysis of two groups of patients with cardiac ultrasound arid the curative effect. Results after treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end diastolic diameter and left ventricular end diastolic diameter were better than those of the control group, the difference was significant, P〈0. 05, there was statistical significance. The total effective rate of the？ study group was 96.9%, significantly higher than that of the control group of 75 %, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion enalapril and spironolactone combination and synergistic effect, help to improve the low magnesium, hypokalemia, can significantly reduce the ventricular arrhythmias, and the effect is satisfactory, it is worth of clinical application.
