重症脑静脉窦血栓形成的血管内溶栓抗凝治疗

目的探讨血管内溶栓抗凝治疗重症脑静脉窦血栓形成的治疗与安全性。方法选取2011年1月至2015年1月来我院治疗的重症脑静脉窦血栓形成患者10例进行研究，采用血管内介入溶栓抗凝治疗，观察疗效。结果采用静脉接触性溶栓的患者有8例，进行颈内动脉溶栓的患者有2例，患者尿激酶的使用量范围为60～120万IU，总使用量小于700万IU，采用静脉接触性溶栓的患者的平均治疗时间为1．3天，进行颈内动脉溶栓的患者平均治疗时间为1．2天。所有患者在手术中以及术后都没有发生相关的并发症。结论血管内介入溶栓抗凝治疗治疗重症脑静脉窦血栓形成，可以显著提高疗效，减少并发症，是一种值得临床推广的安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective to investigate the effects of intravascular thrombolysis anticoagulation treatment of severe cerebral venous sinus throm- bosis and security. Methods in January 2011 to January 2015 to our hospital treatment of 10 patients with severe cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, using intravascular interventional thrombolysis anticoagulant therapy, observation curative effect. A result, intravenous contact thrombolysis in 8 cases of patients, 2 cases of patients in internal carotid artery thrombolysis and urokinase in patients with usage in the range of 60-1.2 million IU, total amount is less than 7 million IU, intravenous contact thrombolysis in patients with an av erage time of 1.3 days, internal carotid artery thrombolysis in patients with an average time of 1.2 days. All of the patients during surgery and postoperative complications related. Conclusion endovascular interventional thrombolysis anticoagulation therapy in severe cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, can significantly improve curative effect, reduce the complications, is a worthy of clinical promotion is safe and effective treatment.
