摘要
介绍了碳化影响因素、碳化机理及快速碳化预测模型。通过优化C30桩基础混凝土配合比并与某工程已施工C30桩基础混凝土配合比进行了快速碳化试验及碳化深度预测比较。结果表明,优化配制的A、B两组C30桩基础混凝土较已施工C30桩基础混凝土抗碳化性能好,在一定程度上表明了矿物掺合料的复掺技术显著提高了混凝土的抗碳化性能,在工程应用上具有指导意义。
This paper is to introduce carbonization influencing factors,the carbonation mechanism and the rapid carbonation prediction model.By optimizing the mix proportion of C30 concrete of pile foundation with the rapid carbonization test and carbonation depth prediction compara with the constructed C30 concrete of pile foundation in a construction site.Results show that the performance of carbonation resistance of the optimal mix design of A, B two groups of C30 concrete of pile foundation is better than the constructed C30 concrete of pile foundation.It shows that the technology of mineral admixture mixed significantly improve the performance of carbonation resistance of concrete to a certain degree, which has a guiding significance in engineering application.
