水泥颗粒健康水化综述及评价方法

摘要 阐述了决定水泥颗粒健康水化的因素:健康水化的环境条件是保证水泥颗粒水化时,通过及时养护来实现环境内有足够的湿度、合适的温度。健康水化的时长要结合水泥自身的属性特点,保证前期水化的及时性和中后期水化的持续性。健康水化的程度应是在水泥石趋于密实的情况下,水泥颗粒尽可能的水化完全。提出了健康水化度δ的概念,需综合考虑水化养护环境作用水平α、水化时长作用水平、∪水化程度作用水平γ三种因素,而决定水泥颗粒健康水化度δ优劣的是最低作用水平的因素,最后提出了目前存在的一些尚无法解决的问题。 Expounds the factors determining the hydration of cement particles and health: health water environmental conditions is to ensure that the cement particles hydration,achieved through timely maintenance environment has enough moisture,suitable temperature. Healthy water of time according to the characteristics of cement,to ensure continuity of the early hydration and timeliness in the late hydration.The health degree of hydration in cement stone is become compact case,as far as possible the hydration of cement particles completely.Put forward the concept of health degree of hydrationof delta,the need to consider the water maintenance environment level,water level,time,degree of hydration level gamma three factors,and determine the health degree of hydration of cement particles.The quality isthe lowest effect level,and finally puts forward some unsolved problems at present.
