摘要
"梁陈方案"是新中国建立之初关于北京整体布局规划的设计方案,虽受时代条件的制约而未能付诸实施,但其间体现的"继承和创新"的城市规划理念与"有机和集约"的设计原则却具有重要的历史意义。在城镇化进程不断加快的今天,我们要以"梁陈方案"来反思当前城市规划存在的问题,大力建设兼具民族性、历史性与时代性的现代城市。
the ＂Liang Chen scheme＂ is the beginning of the establishment of the new Chinese on Beijing overall layout design,although the age of conditions and failed to put into practice,but it reflects the ＂inheritance and innovation＂ city planning concept and the ＂organic and intensive＂ design principle but has important historical significance.In the process of urbanization continues to accelerate today,we want to ＂Liang Chen program＂ to reflect the current, historic and time.
