摘要
大跨桥梁施工一般要求架设施工便桥,结合某跨赣江特大桥施工要求,研究分析钢便桥的设计方法。采用大吨位汽车载、履带吊机荷载,结合风载及水流力的影响,进行桥面系的受力分析,对两种不同工况条件下的主梁受力情况进行检算,并提出施工关键技术环节。计算表明,设计的钢便桥结构满足施工要求。
Temporary bridge for construction are general required in the long-span bridge construction. According to the requirement of a cross Ganjiang bridge construction, it research the design method of steel bridge.Taking into account the effects of large tonnage truck load, crawler crane load,wind load and flow stress, it carry on the load combination and stress analysis of the bridge deck system. It checks the stress of two kinds of different working conditions of the main girder, and puts forward the key technology of construction.The calculation shows that the steel bridge structure design meet the construction requirements.
