Luminex技术在肾移植供者特异性抗体检测中的应用
摘要
肾移植是目前临床上治疗肾脏器官功能丧失最常用的手段，而供者特异性抗体（donor specific antibody，DSA）可攻击移植肾内皮细胞，导致肾移植术后发生抗体介导的急性排斥反应。因此准确地测定患者血液中DSA的水平显得尤为重要。
