摘要
针对当前轨道电路调整和分路不良管理存在的突出问题,提出建立轨道电路基础数据表,并纳入信号集中监测管理,健全安全风险管控机制,实现安全风险的有效管控。
As far as the problems of current management of track circuit adjustment and bad shunting is concerned,we propose to build track circuit basic data table and incorporate it into the centralized signaling monitoring system,thus perfecting the mechanism of risk control to realize effective control of safety risk.
