摘要
光作为植物生长发育必不可少的环境因子之一,对蔬菜生长发育和品质形成具有重要的影响。光环境(光强、光质、光照时间)也是植物工厂生产效率的主要影响因素。本文综述了不同光环境对蔬菜品质的影响,以期为植物工厂的蔬菜生产提供参考。
Light as an essential environment element for plants, plays an important role in the growth, development and quality formation of vegetables. Light environment （light quality, light intensity and light period） is the primary factor for the production efficiency of plant factory. This paper summarizes the effects of light conditions on vegetable quality, in order to provide information for the vegetable production in plant factory.
