EGR对正丁醇-柴油混合燃料燃烧和排放的影响 被引量:1

Influence of EGR on Combustion and Emission of N-Butanol and Diesel Blended Fuel

摘要 依据发动机台架试验数据,利用Fire软件建立计算模型,并验证了模型的准确性,研究了不同比例的正丁醇-柴油混合燃料在不同EGR率下的燃烧和排放特性。研究结果表明:通过向柴油中掺混正丁醇可以加快燃烧速率,改善EGR对燃烧过程带来的负面影响;采用较高的EGR率,可以抑制NO_x的生成,但混合燃料携氧燃烧,对NO_x的生成有促进作用,但总体来说NO_x的最终生成略有降低;Soot的最终生成量随着EGR率的增大而增加,通过添加含氧燃料可以有效地降低Soot的最终生成。 The calculation model was built and verified with the Fire software according to engine bench test data and then the combustion and emission characteristics of n-butanol and diesel blended fuel under different EGR rates were researched with the model. The results show that the addition of n-butanol can accelerate the combustion rate and improve the negative effect of EGR during the combustion process. Higher EGR rate can suppress the formation of NOx, but the carried oxygen from burn- ing blended fuel promotes the formation of NOx, and finally the whole NOx emission still shows the trend of reduction. The fi- nal soot emission increases with the increase of EGR rate, but reduces effectively after adding the oxygenated fuel.
