双面叶轮离心压气机内部流动特性研究

摘要 针对双面叶轮离心压气机的叶轮内部流动特性进行了研究,通过台架试验对单、双面离心压气机进行了对比分析,验证了CFD仿真模型的正确性。并在此基础上详细探讨了双面叶轮出口处流动的掺混特性以及机匣处理对双面离心压气机内部流动结构的影响。结果表明:双面离心压气机较单面压气机流量范围有了较大的提升,双面叶轮压气机扩压器内流动呈现极大的不对称性,从而导致了叶轮出口处的掺混效应。机匣处理装置可以使双面离心压气机处在良好的并行工作状态,对改善压气机性能有很重要的作用。 The internal flow characteristics of centrifugal compressor with double side impeller were researched. Then the CFD simulation model was verified by the comparison between single and double side impeller on the test bench. Based on the mod- el, the mixing flow characteristics at the outlet and the effect of casing treatment on internal flow for the double side centrifugal compressor were discussed in detail. The results show that the mass flow improves with the double side impeller instead of the single one. The internal flow in diffuser shows a large asymmetry, which leads to the blending effect at the outlet. The casing treatment device can help the double side compressor to run concurrently in a good state, which is important to improve the comperssor performance.
