摘要 磷是钢中有害杂质之一,含磷钢在常温或更低的温度下使用时易发生脆裂。超纯铁素体不锈钢要求在恶劣环境下长时间工作,因此要严格控制钢中硫、磷等有害元素及夹杂物的含量。采用高炉铁水冶炼超纯铁素体不锈钢时,需对铁水进行深脱磷处理。铁水罐喷吹脱磷工艺能够满足超纯铁素体不锈钢质量要求,能够适应不同不锈钢品种对铁水量的不同需求,具有金属收得率高、设备简单、投资省等优点。高炉铁水冶炼超纯铁素体不锈钢配以铁水罐喷吹脱磷工艺比转炉脱磷工艺具有明显的优势。 Phosphorus is one of the most harmful impurities found in steel. When used undernormal or low temperature, steel is prone to brittle fracture. Since ultra-pure ferritic stainless steeldemands to work long times under bad environment, the amount of harmful elements such as sulphurand phosphorus included in the steel should be strictly controlled, ultra-pure ferritic stainlesssteelmaking requires deep DeP process. The blowing DeP process in hot metal ladle will not onlysatisfy the quality requirements for ultra-pure ferritic product, adapt to the needs of a variety ofstainless steels on the hot metal, but also has advantages such as high yield of metal, simpleequipment, and low investment, etc. Comparing to the converter DeP process, blowing DeP processin hot metal ladle has obvious advantages.
