摘要
SUS304薄规格(厚度为0.5 mm以下)产品主要用于太阳能等行业,对表面质量要求较高。为降低生产成本,采用一轧程大压下轧制,轧制压下率≥85%。前期APC机组生产时,带钢表面出现加工不均带状缺陷,后分析为油膜破裂缺陷,经过现场跟踪和试验验证,针对油膜破裂的各种影响因素,最终确定主要是轧制油极压性能变化、辊缝变形区油膜强度不够所导致。对轧制油油品和轧制工艺进行了改进,效果较好。
SUS304 thin material products (the thickness is below 0.5ram) is mainly used forsolar energy and other industries, requires high surface quality. In order to reduce the productioncost, one rolling process with large reduction is used, and roiling reduction is more than 85 %. In theearly stage of production of APC units, the strip surface appeared to have uneven strip defects,thereafter it is determined as the oil fihn crack defects. After field tracking and experimentalverification, the influence factors of oil film crack are finally determined, which are mainly caused bychange of rolling oil extreme pressure and oil film strength in roll gap deformation zone. The rollingoil quality and roiling process are improved, the effect is better.
