多奈哌齐治疗神经衰弱伴发认知障碍的评价

Effect of Donepezil for the Treatment of Neurasthenia with Cognitive Impairment

目的:分析多奈哌齐在神经衰弱伴发认知障碍临床治疗中的应用价值。方法:择取本院于2014年8月—2016年6月期间收治的神经衰弱伴发认知障碍患者60例,按照平行对照法,将患者划分为治疗组与参照组,每组各30例。对参照组患者行常规治疗,治疗组患者在参照组患者的治疗基础上,接受多奈哌齐治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗前的MMSE评分、MoCA评分、WAIS-RC评分以及HAMA评分组间比较,差异无明显性,不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的MMSE评分、MoCA评分、WAIS-RC评分以及HAMA评分与参照组患者进行对比,优势十分明显,即组间比较存在符合统计学意义要求的差异(P<0.05)。结论:神经衰弱伴发认知障碍临床治疗过程中,对患者行多奈哌齐治疗,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,促使患者的预后结局实现良性发展,有利于患者获取更好的生存质量,临床实践应大力推广使用。

Objective： To analyze the effect of donepezil in the treatment of neurasthenia with cognitive impairment. Methods： 60 patients with neurasthenia associated cognitive impairment in our hospital from August 2014-June 2016 were divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine treatment; treatment group was treated with donepezil plus routine treatment, clinical therapeutic effect was compared. Results： The MMSE score of two groups of patients before treatment, MoCA score, WAIS RC ratings and HAMA as compared, no significant difference was shown （P〉0.05）; After treatment, the treatment group of patients with MMSE score, MoCA score, WAIS RC ratings and HAMA scores compared with control group patients, has obvious advantages （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In treatment of neurasthenia with cognitive impairment, donepezil can significantly improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, improve the treatment effect, get better quality of life, thus, it should be promoted in clinical practice.
