摘要
介绍了炼油厂传统助剂加注工艺的设计和布局,指出了传统助剂工艺布局存在的选址和防火间距调整困难、存在安全隐患、不利清洁生产、员工劳动强度和助剂损耗大等问题,提出了将助剂罐、计量泵、计量表进行整体撬装的设计思路。
The traditional design and layout of the additive injection process in refinery is introduced,the problems existing in the traditional injection process are pointed out,such as difficult adjustment of location and fire spacing,hidden security risks,negative effect on clean production,large labor intensity and great injection loss. The design ideas of using skid mount process to combine the injection tank,metering pump,and meter into a whole package is proposed.
