摘要
采用共混法制备无机-有机杂化乳液及无机建筑涂料,研究有机聚合物乳液添加量对涂膜性能的影响规律。研究发现,添加适量有机聚合物乳液可以很好地改善硅溶胶的成膜性能;FT-IR测试发现硅溶胶与聚合物乳液发生了氢键缔合,杂化涂膜中的硅溶胶发生了凝胶化反应,生成Si—O—Si空间网络结构,但仍残留硅羟基;SEM图表明当聚合物乳液含量为60%时,无机相在涂膜的表面富集并以团聚体的形式镶嵌于聚合物涂膜中,而当聚合物含量为40%时,无机相已经全部穿插在有机相中,相界面几乎消失;通过配方优化得到综合性能优异的建筑涂料。
The inorganic-organic hybrid emulsion (SiO2/PAE) and inorganic architectural coatings were prepared by co-blending method. The effects of the dosage of organic polymer emulsion on film performances were studied. It was found that the film fornaing property of silica sol could be greally improved by adding appropriate dosage of organic polymer emulsion. The FT-IR test indicated that silica sol reacted with polymer emulsion by hydrogen bonding association. Si-O-Si network structure was formed due to the sol-gel reaction of silica sol in hybrid emulsion with silicon hydroxyl residues in ultimate hybrid fihn.SEM showed that inorganic phase gathered in the coating surface and embedded in pol.ymer film in the form of aggregate when the polymer emulsion content by 60%. ttowever, inorganic phase completely blended with organic phase and phase boundary nearly disappeared when the polymer content by 40%. The architectural coatings with excellent comprehensive properties were prepared through the formula optimization.
