摘要
内墙耐污渍苯丙乳液是一种功能性的乳液,可以通过种子聚合合成,本研究主要是探索有机硅用量、丙烯酰胺用量、丙烯酸用量、功能单体COPS-3用量这4个因素对耐污渍乳液的分数影响,寻找最佳的用量。研究结果表明,合成苯丙耐污渍乳液的耐污渍性能最佳条件(相对于单体总质量而言)为:w(有机硅)=0.5%、w(丙烯酰胺)=0.2%、w(丙烯酸)=2%、w(COPS-3)=0.5%。
The interior wall stain-resistant styrene-acrylic emulsion is a kind of functional emulsion, which can be synthesized by seed polymerization. The effects of the amount of organic silicon, acrylamide, acrylic acid and functional monomer COPS-3 on the stain resistance of emulsion are studied. The results indicate that the optimum stain resistance is achieved when organic silicon at 0.5%(by weight), acrylamide at 0.2%, acrylic at 2% and COPS-3 at 0.5%.
