摘要
轧后冷却工艺是中厚板生产过程中的重要环节。由于缺少板形仪等检测装置,轧后冷却过程中出现的板形问题尚无较好的自动化解决方案,其中主要的工艺参数,如冷却水流量和上下集管的流量比等还需现场技术人员调整。本文依托南钢5 000mm中厚板生产线生产过程中详实的生产数据,对不同钢板厚度与水温下可获得良好板形的先进冷却系统流量比参数进行了分析,给出了水温10~30℃,流量区间为300~350m^3/h时具有良好板形的流量比数据分布状况,总结出了以厚度为参数的拟合公式及其置信区间,为实际生产提供了参考依据。
Cooling process after rolling is an important part in plate manufacturing process.For lacking of detective device,such as shape meter,there are not a mature automation solution yet.The flow rate and ratio of upward and downward nozzles that served as main parameters still need adjusted in site.The water ratio of advanced cooling system was analyzed that could make good flatness under different plate thicknesses and water temperatures based on the site data in plant of Nanjing Steel in 5 000 mm heavy plate production line.The data with water temperature range from 10 ℃ to 30 ℃ and water flow range from 300m~3/h to 350m3/h were presented.The fitted formula and confidence interval of water ratio by plate thickness were obtained.This results were useful to simplify the site commissioning process.
