美施康定联合硬膜外阻滞治疗晚期癌痛的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Application of Kangding Combined Epidural Block in the Treatment of Advanced Cancer

目的:观察美施康定联合硬膜外阻滞用于提高晚期癌症患者生活质量、镇痛的有效性。方法:选择2013年6月至2015年6月广州新海医院诊断为晚期癌症的50例患者,采用双盲法将患者分为对照、治疗两组,每组25例。对照组常规治疗,治疗组硬膜外注射美施康定进行阻滞治疗,统计不良反应,对患者疼痛、生活质量改善情况进行评估。结果:治疗组不良反应率为16.0%,明显低于对照组36.0%,治疗组不良反应少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床对于晚期癌痛患者,使用硬膜外阻滞联合美施康定治疗,不仅能有效缓解患者疼痛、提高其生活质量,且不良反应少。

Objective To observe the efficacy of combined use of Kangding and epidural anesthesia in improving the quality of life and analgesia in patients with advanced cancer. Methods 50 patients with advanced cancer diagnosed in our hospital from 2015.6 to 2013.6 were divided into control group and treatment group with two cases in each group.The number of each group was 25 cases.The control group was treated with conventional therapy, the treatment group was treated with epidural injection of the United States and Kangding for block therapy, statistical adverse reaction,the patients＇pain and quality of life improvement were assessed. Results The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was 16 %,significantly lower than the control group 36 %,treatment group with less adverse reactions,P〈0.05. Conciusion for patients with advanced cancer, the use of epidural block combined with the treatment of Kangding,not only can effectively relieve pain,improve the quality of life,and less adverse reactions.
