金莲花滴丸联合开喉剑喷剂治疗急性扁桃体炎的临床硏究

Tropaeolum Dropping Sword Jointly Open Throat Spray in the Treatment of Acute Tonsillitis Extensive

目的:观察金莲花滴丸联合开喉剑喷剂治疗急性扁桃体炎的应用效果。方法:随机选取阳江市中医医院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的122例急性扁桃体炎患者作为研究对象,分为对照组54例和观察组68例。对照组采取金莲花滴丸对患者进行临床治疗,观察组使用金莲花滴丸联合开喉剑喷剂对患者进行临床治疗。最后对两组患者的疗效进行对比。结果:两组患者经治疗后,扁桃体炎症消除,观察组患者治疗炎症的疗效明显优于对照组。观察组总有效率为94.12%,对照组总有效率为74.07%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床上,治疗急性扁桃体炎时,使用金莲花滴丸联合开喉剑喷剂治疗能够有效地控制患者的炎症,提高急性扁桃体炎患者的治愈率。

Objective To observe Chinese globeflower dropping sword jointly open throat spray application effect for the treatment of acute tonsillitis. Methods 122 cases of acute tonsillitis patients in our hospital between January 2014 and January 2015, were randomly selected as the research object, and were divided into two groups： control group： 54 cases and observation group, 68 cases. The control group take tropaeolum dropping pill for patients in clinical treatment, the observation group used tropaeolum dropping sword jointly open throat spray treatment of patients with clinical treatment. Finally the curative effect of two groups were compared. Results Two groups patients after treatment, tonsil inflammation, the curative effect of treatment in patients with inflammatory observation group was obviously better than the control group. According to the experiment, the observation group USES the dropping pill tropaeolum sword jointly open throat spray treatment, patients with total effective rate： 94.12 %, control group adopts tropaeolum dropping pill treatment, patients with total effective rate： 74.07 %, 2 sets of data differ significantly （P 〈 0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion In clinic, the treatment of acute tonsillitis, dropping pill use tropaeolum sword jointly open throat spray treatment can effectively control inflammation disappear or inflammation in patients with ease, can improve the healing of patients with acute tonsillitis efficiently, curative effect is outstanding, worthy of promotion.
