摘要
20—21世纪之交的俄罗斯"新戏剧"作家对契诃夫的经典剧作表现出浓厚的兴趣,但对其戏剧传统却持有复杂而矛盾的态度。一方面,新生派剧作家把解构经典作为新时期戏剧革新的手段,运用诸多后现代主义策略实现对契诃夫戏剧美学原则的颠覆和戏剧诗意的消解,并通过对其形象的丑化,达到解构神话、质疑权威的目的;另一方面,无论是在创作形式上,还是在主题与内容方面,"新戏剧"革新家们都师承于契诃夫,并从他那里获取丰富的创作源泉,戏仿经典的尝试体现了他们在经典与现代、批判与传承之间寻求某种接合与平衡的探索。
Since the turn of the 21 st century,playwrights of the Russian New Drama have shown a keen interest in Anton Chekhov's plays but not without a complex,even contradictory,attitude toward his legacy.On the one hand,they adopt multiple postmodernist strategies to subvert Chekhov's aesthetic principles in play writing,thus eliminating the poetry of his plays.By means of uglifying and demythifying Chekhov,they have attained the goal of doubting Chekhov's authority.On the other hand,the New Drama innovators also draw upon Chekhov's dramatic tradition both in form and in content for inspiration.By cautiously emulating Chekhov's classics,the younger generation of playwrights are in search of some connected balance between tradition and creation,between criticism and inheritance.
