Barrier-free website construction has been the subject of intense and the future trends.After discussing the content related with web accessibility such as barrier free thinking,user experience,Internet accessibility standards,etc.this paper summarizes core and key issues related to Barrier-free website construction,then striving to create a new frame system to build barrier-free website,the key steps to solve the problems of web accessibility were added to new system.Through the research of this problem we intend to further promote the construction of Barrier-free website.
