网络媒体关注下的污染事件及对污染防治工作的思考——以重金属污染事件为例

Analysis and Countermeasures of Heavy Metal Pollution Prevention Issues under the Media Attention

收集"十二五"期间重金属污染事件网络媒体报道的重要案件,从由重金属引起的人体健康事件、食品安全事件和突发环境事件为切入点,分析媒体报道中反映出的重金属污染防治工作仍存在的问题。在此基础上,从污染源治理、信息公开、环境监管、企业主体责任、协作机制和环境健康管理的角度,提出"十三五"重金属污染防控建议,为"十三五"相关部门推进重金属污染防治管理和决策提供参考。

In this study, the important media reports about heavy metal pollution incidents coverage during the ＂12 Fiveyear＂ period were collected. On the basis of analysis of human health, food safety and environmental events caused by heavy metal pollution, the problems existing in the heavy metal pollution prevention work reflected from the media reports were analyzed. Then, thsuggestions of heavy metal pollution prevention and control during the ＂13 Five-year＂ period were proposed from the aspects of pollution source control, environment supervision, information disclosure, corporate responsibility, coordination mechanism and environmental health management, providing a reference for relevant departments to push on management and decision-making of thheavy metal pollution prevention and control during the ＂13 Five-year＂ period.
