A comparison between China and Germany,Japan as well as America may reveal an obvious distance in terms of legal system of circular economy,especially in the aspect of ideological understanding,legislating and the construction of supporting systems.We should refer to the advanced experiences of Germany,Japan and America so as to avoid detours and accelerate development in the construction of the legal system of circular economy.
