摘要
针对当前电梯事故多发的问题,设计了一种基于物联网的电梯监控系统。系统以STM32为核心,基于LwIP实现网络通信,将采集的电梯状态数据上传到远方的服务器,服务器将数据存入数据库中。通过分析数据库里记录的电梯故障次数及类型,可以对电梯性能进行综合评估,为电梯检修提供参考。同时集成了网络电话和视频监控功能,在电梯发生事故时可以安抚被困乘客。试运行表明,整个系统设计合理,成本低廉且兼容性强,提高了电梯检修的效率,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to reduce the incidence of elevator accidents,an elevator monitoring system is designed based on the Internet of Things.The system is based on STM32 and the implementation of network communication is based on LwIP.The elevator status data will be sent to a remote server and stored in the database.By analyzing the numbers and types of elevator failures,it can conduct a comprehensive assessment to elevator performance and provide a reference for elevator maintenance.It also integrates voice over internet protocol(VoIP)and video surveillance,which can appease the trapped passengers when elevator accident occurs.Trial operation shows that the overall system design is reasonable,low cost and good compatibility.It can improve the efficiency of elevator maintenance and has a good prospect.
