摘要 为了分析火电机组工质在超临界运行时的特性,对机组进行较为合理的启停控制,基于热力学第二定律建立了600MW火电机组的动态仿真模型。得到了火电机组在超临界运行时的过热以及再热循环两个阶段的工质温度实时动态变化的特性,对机组进行科学合理的分级控制策略,火电厂可实现对发电机组的自启停控制,结果表明本文所提模型能够较为精确的对超临界火力发电机组工质特性进行模拟预测,制定的分级控制策略能够对火电机组进行科学合理的控制。 In order to analysis the dynamic working characteristics under the condition of ultra-supercritical operation,and determining its start-stop control strategy.This paper presented a dynamic simulation model of the 600 MW power units based on second law of thermodynamics.It get the the working characteristics of dynamic in superheater and reheater.The control strategy of the system was given,it designed of structure of the automatic power plant start-up and shutdown system is given based on the operation regulation.The experimental results shows the working characteristics of the supercritical thermal power units were simulated by present Model.And the supercritical thermal power units was scientific,valid construction controlled by APS control strategy of present paper.
