面向“互联网+”复合型人才的管理信息系统课程教学改革研究 被引量:14

摘要 互联网向各行各业的快速渗透对高校培养"互联网+"复合型人才提出了更高要求,既往的教学改革研究较少围绕互联网跨界融合型人才的培养目标,开展从课程内容到教学方式上的一体化创新。以国家发布的"互联网+"行动指导意见为指引,提出了"前沿研究+项目化实训"的"互联网+"复合型人才培养新思路,从教学内容和教学方式两维度设计有6大教学改革方案,并以北京某高校信息管理与信息系统及电子商务专业大三本科生的管理信息系统课程教学为例,说明了这些教改方案的实施过程及应用成效。论文的贡献在于,一方面构建了面向"互联网+"复合人才的教学改革框架,另一方面也以实际教学过程为例,为同行实施该方案提供了参考借鉴。 The fast development of " Internet plus" calls for the inter-disciplinary talents education for the man-agement information system (MIS) curriculum. Previous studies focused more on teaching contents or teachingmethods in the IT/IS field while ignoring the cross-border domain of the knowledge. To reduce these gaps, thispaper tries to explore how to reform the MIS curriculum with research and practice oriented. Based on the guid-ance of "Internet plus" instruction issued by the government, a new framework of "pilot research and project ori-ented training" is put forward. Six teaching reform schemes are designed from the aspects of teaching contentsand teaching methods, and also taking the corresponding course teaching of junior students of two majors in a u-niversity in Beijing as an example, the implementation process of the teaching reform plan and its applicationeffect are explained. The paper, on the one hand, puts forward the teaching reform framework of "Internet plus"oriented talents cultivation, and on the other hand, also takes the actual teaching process as an example, provi-ding reference for the implementation of the program.
