摘要
肝纤维化是由多种病因引起的肝脏疾病普遍的病理过程,是肝脏细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)生成与降解失衡,进而导致肝脏内纤维结缔组织异常沉积的结果。肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cell,HSC)的激活是肝纤维化的中心事件,多种细胞因子参与这一过程,当促纤维化因子与抗纤维化因子的作用发生失衡,而最终促纤维化因子占据优势导致肝纤维化发生。本文简要综述肝纤维化相关的重要细胞因子及发生作用的信号通路。
Hepatic fibrosis is an aberrant deposition of fibrillary connective tissue due to the imbalance of extracellular matrix synthesis and degradation,which is also a common pathological consequence of various liver diseases.Activation of hepatic stellate cell(HSC)is a central event during the process of liver fibrogenesis.Different cytokines are involved in the progression of hepatic fibrosis.Liver fibrosis occurs when the effects of profibrotic cytokines are predominant resulting from the imbalance of profibrotic and anti-fibrosis cytokines.In this review,we summarize recent progress of cytokines and signal pathways related to liver fibrosis.
