摘要
氧化锆陶瓷材料因具有与天然牙较接近的物理性质、透光性和较好的生物相容性、美观效果,较快地成为了目前口腔修复中的热点。自2001相继出现髋关节置换体失败案例与氧化锆低温老化现象有关后,低温老化变成为口腔材料应用领域的研究热点。大量研究表明氧化锆老化现象与稳定剂的种类、含量,残余应力以及晶粒尺寸相关,本文梳理和总结关于牙科氧化锆老化相关文献,从老化性能和影响因素方面进行深入探讨。
Zirconia ceramics have become increasingly popular in dental restoratives in the past decades due to its attractive mechanical properties, superior biocompatibility and excellent esthetic properties. However, a large amount of failures of hip arthroplasty related to low-temperature degradation(LTD) have been reported since 2001. It brings attentions to researchers in the i eld of dental materials. Previous studies showed that LTD of Zirconia ceramic is related to stabilizer, grain size, stress etch. This article reviews the characterization, mechanism, and inl uencing factors of LTD in dental zirconia ceramic.
