The theoretical basis of Xi Jinping’s outlook on women’s issues is an adherence to the belief that women can make equal achievements as men do in their personal lives. His outlook has been characterized by the harness of women’s forces in the pursuit of Chinese Dream, the cultivation of women’s competence on their path to the realization of Chinese Dream, and the promotion of the CPC’s competence in leadership and governance. An important revelation from Xi’s outlook on women’s issue is to further the CPC’s leadership in the work on women’s affairs, strengthen the roles played by women’s federations in the work on women’s affairs, grasp the characteristics of the work on women’s affairs, and integrate the concept of ＂internet mindset＂into the work on women’s affairs.
