吴氏扶阳学术思想治疗脾肾阳虚型滑胎36例

Academic Thoughts of Wushi Strengthening Yang qi in the Treatment of Habitual Abortion of Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney for 36 Cases

目的探讨吴氏扶阳学术思想治疗脾肾阳虚型滑胎的临床疗效。方法将确诊为脾肾阳虚型滑胎患者72例,随机分为2组,对照组36例,予黄体酮胶丸口服;治疗组36例,应用吴氏扶阳学术思想,予鹿仙汤联合黄体酮胶丸口服。所有患者自确诊妊娠后开始服药,均治疗至超过以往妊娠月份后1月,观察2组的保胎疗效,分析吴氏扶阳学术思想治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为88.89%,对照组总有效率为69.44%,2组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组各项血清生殖激素水平治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吴氏扶阳学术思想治疗脾肾阳虚型滑胎临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the academic thoughts of Wushi strengthening yang-qi in the treatment of habitual abortion of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney. Methods 72 cases of patients with habitual abortion of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney were randomly divided into two groups. There were 36 cases in the control group, who were treated by oral progesterone capsule, and 36 cases in the treatment group, who were given Luxian decoction and oral progesterone capsule by the application of the academic thoughts of Wushi strengthening yang-qi. All of the cases started to take the medicine when they were confirmed in gestation. Both groups＇ treatment persisted for the month of pregnancy was treated to more than one month. The therapeutic effect of the two groups＇ miscarriage prevention was observed and compared. The therapeutic effect of academic thoughts of Wushi strengthening yang-qi was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 88.89% and 69.44%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The pretherapy and post-treatment within the group and after treatment between the two groups, the general symptoms score and reproductive hormone were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the academic thoughts of Wushi strengthening yang-qi in the treatment of habitual abortion of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney is excellent, which is worth to be popularized and applied.
