Clinical Experience of Professor Li Fazhi in Treating Bile Reflax Gastritis with Dachaihu Decoction

目的介绍李发枝教授运用经方大柴胡汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎思路与临证经验。方法跟师学习,整理李发枝教授治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的医案、医论,总结李发枝教授对该病的病因病机、治疗方法、方药运用的临证经验。结果李发枝教授认为胆汁反流性胃炎的病因病机主要是肝胃郁热、胆气反胃、胃气失和,运用中医辨病辨证相结合的思维模式,重视方证辨证,运用经方大柴胡汤为主进行治疗。结论临床取得满意的疗效。

Objective To introduce the train of thought and the clinical experience of Professor Li Fazhi in treating bile reflax gastritis（BRG） with Dachaihu Decoction. Methods Learning follow Professor Li Fazhi, sorting out his medical cases and symposium on med-ical topics, the clinical experience with the etiology and pathogenesis, therapies and the use of prescription in treating BRG was summarized. Results Professor Li Fazhi argued that the main etiology and pathogenesis are stagnancy heat of the liver and stomach,gallbladder-qi attacking stomach, and stomach qi rising. He applied a thinking mode in BRG treatment by means of combination of diseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation, attached importance to the prescription and syndrome differentiation, and Dachaihu decoction is pretty much the major use of prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in BRG treatment. Conclusion Satisfactory clinical effect has been achieved.
