益肾化湿颗粒治疗慢性肾炎32例

Yishen Huashi Granules in Treating Chronic Nephritis for 32 Cases

目的观察益肾化湿颗粒治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效,并分析其机制。方法选取收治的62例慢性肾炎患者。随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组32例,对照组30例。对照组应用西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合服用益肾化湿颗粒治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的各项临床数据变化与治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(分别为87.5%vs33.3%),差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗各项临床指标对比优于对照组,除尿素氮外,其他指标差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用益肾化湿颗粒治疗慢性肾炎临床效果更优,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic of Yishen Huashi granules in treating chronic nephritis, and to analyze its mech-anism. Methods 62 cases of chronic nephritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 32 cases and control group of30 cases. The control group used Western medicine. The treatment group took Yishen Huashi granules on the basis of the control group. The clinical data changes and therapeutic effects were observed after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ 87.5% vs 33.3%）, and there wasa statistically significant difference（ P〈 0.05）. Comparing with the control group, the clinical indicators of the treatment were better, in addition to urea nitrogen, and differ-ences had statistical significance（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Yishen Huashi granules in treating chronic nephritis has better clini-cal effect, and is worthy of promotion.
