柴胡疏肝散治疗肝气郁结型郁证43例

Chaihu Shugan Powder in Treating Stagnation of Liver Qi Depression for 43 Cases

目的探讨柴胡疏肝散加味对肝气郁结型郁症的治疗效果。方法在医院2015年4月—2016年2月期间诊治的肝气郁结型郁症患者中抽取86例作为研究对象,并依照随机抽签方式分组,对照组(n=43)应用常规西药治疗,治疗组(n=43)则应用柴胡疏肝散加味治疗,对比2组患者的郁症治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果 (1)治疗组治疗后2周、4周和6周的HMAD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);(2)治疗组治疗有效率是97.67%,高于对照组的81.40%(P<0.05);(3)治疗组不良反应发生率是6.98%,低于对照组的23.26%(P<0.05)。结论柴胡疏肝散加味对肝气郁结型郁症的治疗效果肯定,可明显减轻患者抑郁症程度,且无严重不良反应,安全性比较高,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chai hu Shugan powder in treating stagnation of liver qi depression.Methods 86 cases of patients with stagnation of liver qi depression from April 2015 to February 2016 were selected as study objects,and in accordance with a random ballot packet, The control group（ n = 43） was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the treatment group（n = 43） applied modified Chaihu Shugan powder. The therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions be-tween the two groups was compared. Results After treatment of 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks, HMAD scores of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group（ P〈 0.05 or P 〈0.01）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 97.67% which was higher than 81.40% of the control group（ P〈 0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was 6.98% which was lower than 23.26% of the control group（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chaihu Shugan powder in treating stagnation of liver qi depression has certainly therapeutic effect, can significantly reduce the level of depression in patients, has no serious adverse events and relatively high security, and it is worth referring.
