Nursing Experience of Pregnancy Complicated with Herpes Zoster for One Case

妊娠期间的妇女机体抵抗力下降,容易并发各种疾病,水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的急性感染性皮肤病是一种常见的并发症,但妊娠合并带状疱疹患者较少见,且病情严重,用药谨慎,可累及胎儿,给治疗护理带来很大的难度,应引起医护人员的高度重视,护士要热情、主动做好患者的消毒隔离、病情观察、高热护理、皮肤护理、心理护理及出院指导等为患者营造一个舒适的环境,以降低并发症的发生率。

The low immunity of women during pregnancy easily leads to various kinds of diseases. Acute-infectious skin disease caused by varicella-zoster virus is a common complication, but rarely occurs during pregnancy. This could bring great difficulty of nursing and demand for high attention because the medication may affect fetuses. To reduce the incidence rates and create a comfort-able environment for patients, nurses should do the following work actively and passionately, such as disinfection, isolation, observa-tion, high fever nursing, skin care, psychological care and discharge guidance.
